A lot of what Jesus said BEFORE the Cross belong to the Old Covenant and what He said AFTER the Cross belong to the New Covenant!
Paul's letters are the words of the Ascended Jesus Christ which belong to the New Covenant! These are the words God expects Believers to live by!
That's why God says, "Rightly DIVIDE the word" into OLD and NEW Covenants... That which was done away and that which is in effect today!
