Paradise Found
By regaining Lordship of the earth, Jesus Christ, the champion of
mankind made the way for the rest of us to regain the main thing we
lost... Dominion of the Earth! The authority and ability to reign
and rule over God’s creation!
Our regained dominion however, came as a result of two
things.
First, because Jesus successfully resisted the devil and submitted His
will to God the Father, He publicly demonstrated before the whole
universe that the human race had a qualified champion once more
who could take on the title - Lord of the Earth!
Secondly, when He died on the cross, His shed blood paid for all the
sins of humanity, which the devil accused us of before the throne of
God day and night. “…The accuser of our brethren is cast down,
which accused them before our God day and night,” Rev. 12:10.
Now that the devil had nothing to accuse us of, it meant that we
were freed from the guilt of sin and were able to take our rightful
place at the right hand of the Father, ruling over creation with Him!
And so, our dominion was restored!
But friends, please understand that the only reason dominion was
restored is because our relationship with God was first restored.
Godly dominion flows from a right relationship with the Lord! Let us
look more closely at this. Shall we?
