The God-Man Becomes a Savior

Excerpt From My Ebook -

Understanding the 3 Levels of Salvation: Spirit, Soul & Body

Book One: The Salvation of the Spirit

He was God and couldn’t be killed against His will, but He could voluntarily give His life to pay for the forgiveness of man's sin with His shed blood!

And this is exactly what He did! With one condition:

For His sacrificial death to personally benefit someone, that person must repent of living life his own way and confess before God the Father his belief in the finished, redemptive work of the Lord Jesus Christ.

His confession might go something like this:

Prayer of Salvation

Lord Jesus, you said in Revelation 3:20 that you’re standing outside the door of my heart, my life, and knocking for me to let you in. I now make a decision to open the door of my heart, my life and let you in. Please come in Lord Jesus, forgive me and cleanse me from all my sin and make me a child of God!

I turn my back on my old life and surrender control of my new life over to you! I am sorry for every sin that I have ever committed. I believe in you and accept you alone as my Lord and Savior! Amen!

You see, what Adam corrupted, Jesus restored!

Where Adam failed, Jesus succeeded!

Jesus became your substitution on the cross!

When you should have died as judgment for your own sins, Jesus died in your place. When you should have gone to hell to be punished, He went to hell for you.

Jesus literally took on Himself every sin that was ever committed by every human that was ever born... and shall be born!

All sins are paid for... Past, Present and Future!

But for anyone to receive the benefit of and release the power in his sacrificial death, that person must believe that Jesus did it… just for them!

Personally... just for you alone!!!

He died, so that my sins could be forgiven!!!

And the demonstration of that belief is what produces the reality in my life!

How do I demonstrate my belief?

I make a serious internal decision then I speak it out of my mouth! As I make the decision and speak it... it actually happens for me!

This is called saving faith!

But it doesn’t stop there, no not by a long shot! You see He didn’t just descend into hell for you.

First, He left all your sins there, where the fire of God’s judgment could fall upon them and totally consumed them!

Secondly, He stripped the devil of all his authority in the earth!

Remember, Adam allowed Satan limited authority in the earth!

God made Adam lord of the earth and then Adam turned around and submitted himself to Satan by choosing to obey him rather than God, thus handing Satan lordship of the earth on a silver platter!

But when Jesus was tempted by Satan to submit to him instead of God, Jesus told him, “It is written: You shall worship the Lord your God and Him only shall you serve (Matt. 4:10).

Jesus did not bow to him... not one inch!

Thus He regained Lordship of the earth as mankind’s new champion, our legal representative in Adam’s place!

It gets better...
